Hippo Food Design is going from strength to strength with Antonia greatly enjoying the variety of jobs that she has done.

nspirational - From an early age Antonia has always been inspired by food and the vast range of opportunities to be creative. Her interest started at her mothers' apron strings making spaghetti bolognaise and biscuits but she has progressed from there!!
assionate - Without passion life would be very dull hence the necessity to add passion to food. Food is an area that offers so many opportunities to be creative and original.
rofessional - Antonia has a 1st class Diploma in Food and Wine which she gained from studying at the highly respected Leith's School of Food and Wine in London, where she learnt to create both traditional and innovative food. Her staff are always presented looking pristine in black uniforms embellished with the Hippo logo.
riginal - Hippo Food Design aims to create culinary delights by using fresh and good quality ingredients. It is felt that it is important that every job is tailored to suit the clients' requirements, hence the need to be original. The food created can range from a Luxury Fish Pie to Pan Fried Foie Gras served on a toasted brioche with red onion marmalade.
